1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Student," "you," or "your") and Bytecraft Technologies Inc. ("Byteu.CA," "we," "us," or "our") regarding your use of our educational services and website located at byteu.ca (the "Service").
By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, then you may not access the Service.

3. Educational Services
3.1 Course Offerings
We provide AI and coding education through small-group courses limited to a maximum of 6 students per cohort. Our services include:
- 12 expert-led live sessions (1 hour each)
- Course materials and resources
- Career guidance and mentorship
- Certificate of completion
- Lifetime access to recorded sessions and materials
3.2 Course Schedule
Classes are conducted twice weekly according to selected schedules. Students must attend live sessions or access recordings. We reserve the right to reschedule classes with 48 hours' notice.
3.3 Technical Requirements
Students are responsible for having adequate internet connectivity and compatible devices to access our online platform.
4. Enrollment and Payment
4.1 Course Fees
Course fees are clearly stated during enrollment. All prices are in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and include applicable taxes.
4.2 Payment Terms
Payment is required in full at the time of enrollment. We accept major credit cards and electronic payments through secure payment processors.
4.3 Enrollment Confirmation
Enrollment is confirmed upon successful payment processing and receipt of confirmation email.
5. Cancellation and Refund Policy
5.1 Cooling-off Period
In accordance with Ontario Consumer Protection Act, you have the right to cancel your enrollment within 10 days of enrollment confirmation for any reason.
5.2 Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee from the start of your first scheduled class. If you are not satisfied with the course within this period, you may request a full refund.
5.3 Refund Process
Refund requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected]. Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
5.4 Course Completion
No refunds are available after completing more than 25% of the course content or after the 14-day guarantee period, whichever comes first.
6. Student Responsibilities
6.1 Conduct
Students must:
- Treat instructors and fellow students with respect
- Participate actively in learning activities
- Not disrupt or interfere with classes
- Not share course materials without permission
- Provide accurate information during enrollment
6.2 Academic Integrity
Students must complete assignments and projects honestly and not engage in plagiarism or academic dishonesty.
7. Intellectual Property
7.1 Course Content
All course materials, including but not limited to videos, documents, code, and presentations, are proprietary to Bytecraft Technologies Inc. and protected by Canadian copyright law.
7.2 Usage License
Students receive a personal, non-transferable license to access and use course materials for educational purposes only.
7.3 Restrictions
Students may not:
- Reproduce, distribute, or sell course materials
- Share login credentials with others
- Record live sessions without permission
- Use materials for commercial purposes
8. Privacy and Data Protection
Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which complies with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and applicable provincial privacy legislation.
9. Limitation of Liability
9.1 Service Availability
While we strive to provide uninterrupted service, we do not guarantee continuous availability and are not liable for technical interruptions.
9.2 Educational Outcomes
We do not guarantee specific educational outcomes, job placement, or salary increases. Success depends on individual effort and market conditions.
9.3 Limitation
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the course. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
10. Termination
10.1 Termination by Student
Students may terminate enrollment subject to our refund policy outlined in Section 5.
10.2 Termination by Company
We reserve the right to terminate student enrollment for violation of these Terms or disruptive behavior. In such cases, refunds will be prorated based on completed course content.
11. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or failures in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, or technical failures.
12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
12.1 Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and Canada.
12.2 Dispute Resolution
Any disputes will be resolved through:
- Good faith negotiation
- Mediation if negotiation fails
- Binding arbitration under Ontario Arbitration Act
12.3 Jurisdiction
Any legal proceedings will be conducted in Ontario, Canada.
13. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of new Terms.
14. Consumer Rights
Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Ontario Consumer Protection Act or other applicable consumer protection legislation.
